Our standard dispatch timelines range from between 1 – 4 weeks from the date of successful placement of your order. Our standard dispatch timeline takes into consideration for make to measure ( pre-order only) However, if your order is already available with us, we dispatch it within 2 – 3 working days from the date of successful placement of you order. This policy outlines our delivery and shipping methods for both UK and international customers.

Failed Deliveries & Returns:
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay duties, or failure to collect, we will contact you. Re-delivery will require an additional shipping fee.
